From the Ward to the Grove: Why I Wrote "Alchemy of Bone & Petal"

There is a specific kind of alchemy that occurs when you are stripped of everything but your breath. It is the science of turning leaden grief into golden purpose, and bone-deep weariness into the soft, resilient petal of a new beginning.

For a long time, my life was defined by the walls of The Ward. It was a place of high stakes and heavy shadows, a chapter of my journey where the spirit felt small and the weight of the world felt insurmountable. But as I’ve learned through my years of ritual, yoga, and the study of the stars, nothing in nature is ever truly wasted. Every winter eventually gives way to spring, and every descent is a precursor to a reclamation.

The Map of My Reclamation

Alchemy of Bone & Petal is my personal ledger of that transformation. It traces the jagged line from those early, difficult days to the peace I have found in The Grove—the space where I finally learned that the earth holds as much magic as we are willing to plant.

In this book, I share the raw reality of a life lived between extremes:

The high-pressure world of financial services and the shadow of personal debt.

The grounding power of a daily yoga routine and the intuitive insights it brings.

The transition from survival mode to building a metaphysical brand rooted in folk magic and herbalism.

For the Seekers and the Healers

I didn't write this book just to tell my story; I wrote it to act as a map for yours. It is for the "beautiful but deadly" girl who has been told she is too much, and for the woman who has finally realized she is exactly enough.

Whether you are currently navigating your own "descent" or searching for the light in your own "reclamation," I hope these words serve as a reminder that even in the darkest soil, something magnificent is waiting to bloom.

Join the Journey

Alchemy of Bone & Petal is more than a memoir; it is an invitation to reclaim your magic and deepen your dialogue with the seasons.
